Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cigar and tobacco products in Baliās key markets.
- Identify and engage with potential distributors, retailers, and high-end clients to expand market penetration.
- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print materials.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and networking events to build brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as lead generation, sales growth, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to tobacco product marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, luxury goods, or tobacco industry.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software).
- Familiarity with Baliās market landscape and ability to travel across key regions.
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must; additional languages are a plus.
