Based in Bali (with remote oversight of Malaysia operations), you’ll lead end-to-end e-commerce strategies, from marketplace expansion to data-driven campaign optimization.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, logistics, and sales teams to enhance customer experience, boost conversion rates, and scale our online presence across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth across Malaysian and regional marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social ads) to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, AOV) and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to enhance order fulfillment and post-purchase experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation (product descriptions, images, videos) for marketplace listings.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on e-commerce best practices and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in Southeast Asian markets.
  • Proven track record of growing online sales and managing marketplace accounts.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Shop).
  • Familiarity with sports retail or consumer goods is a plus.
