Responsibility
- Optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, and backend data) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., ACOS, CTR, ROI) using Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research to identify gaps, pricing opportunities, and emerging trends in the Amazon ecosystem.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to resolve marketplace issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Amazonâs policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1-3+ years) in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or a similar e-commerce marketplace role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Amazon PPC, SEO tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout), or inventory management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce markets or multilingual skills (e.g., Indonesian) is advantageous.
