Responsibility
- Manage and optimize MINISO’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, official website) to ensure smooth operations and high conversion rates.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product listings, stock availability, and timely order fulfillment.
- Create and update compelling product descriptions, images, and videos to enhance customer engagement and brand consistency.
- Implement promotional strategies, including discounts, bundles, and loyalty programs, to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve online inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in retail.
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, WooCommerce) and driving sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce dashboards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation, copywriting, or visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
