Responsibility

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with MAG’s business objectives and enhance its market positioning.
  • Oversee the consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications, including digital, print, and multimedia channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to create cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including media, partners, and industry leaders, to strengthen MAG’s reputation.
  • Lead brand awareness campaigns and initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the aviation industry.
  • Support the development of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that align with MAG’s brand values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a similar role, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
