Responsibility
- Develop and execute telesales and social selling strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in the container/logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and trust-building initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral (e.g., proposals, presentations, email campaigns) tailored to B2B audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality) to optimize performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, telesales, social selling, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills to interpret market data and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in the logistics, shipping, or container industry is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (remote hybrid options may be considered).
