Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings, ensuring high visibility and conversion rates across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and scale digital advertising campaigns, leveraging platform-specific tools to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and enhance customer service processes to improve satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate backend operations for live commerce events, ensuring seamless execution and performance tracking.
- Analyze traffic data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak) and advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
