Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the companyâs e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, mobile responsiveness, and high conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain product catalogs, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly metadata to improve search visibility.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive targeted traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, CTR, conversion rate) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling, on-brand visuals and copy for promotions and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Implement A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, and checkout processes to enhance user experience and reduce cart abandonment.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and customer behavior to stakeholders, with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or B2C environment.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for crafting persuasive copy.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
