Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to boost sales and brand awareness across platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-rich content, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion, ROI) and provide actionable insights to refine campaigns.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitive positioning and stock availability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships with e-commerce goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities in the beauty/FMCG sector.
- Resolve customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, platform algorithms, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in beauty, haircare, skincare, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and marketplace algorithms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in content and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Passion for the beauty and FMCG industry with a customer-centric approach.
