Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
- Implement SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Resolve platform-related issues and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or similar).
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
