Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations across brand websites and third-party marketplace channels.
  • Drive digital P&L performance by planning, executing, and analyzing promotional campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, coordinating with store teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor online stock availability and coordinate with inventory planning teams to maintain optimal stock levels for digital channels.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities and improve the overall digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Service, to resolve customer queries and improve NPS.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and managing operational fulfillment/logistics for a retail brand.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and data-driven reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with in-store teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
