Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including marketing, marketplace operations, content creators, and customer service, to achieve online sales targets.
  • Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and social commerce).
  • Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with sales objectives, including SEO, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to keep our strategies competitive.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce dashboards (e.g., Shopee Seller Center, Tokopedia Seller).
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and social commerce (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies to boost online visibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
