Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth and brand visibility in the beauty sector.
- Optimize digital sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, website) for maximum conversion and user experience.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social ads) to acquire and retain customers cost-effectively.
- Analyze KPIs and metrics (traffic, CTR, ROI) to refine strategies and improve ROI across all platforms.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging product listings, promotions, and email marketing.
- Manage inventory and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and marketplaces to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads).
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on ROI.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Exceptional project management and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
