Responsibility
- Host and manage live TikTok sessions to showcase products, answer customer queries, and drive real-time sales.
- Develop engaging scripts and content strategies tailored to target audiences to maximize viewer retention and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to plan and execute live shopping events.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, sales) and optimize content based on data insights.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.
- Create pre- and post-live promotional materials (teasers, highlights, clips) to boost reach and replay value.
- Manage customer interactions during live sessions, addressing concerns and encouraging purchases with persuasive communication.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to align live content with broader marketing campaigns and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, social commerce, and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live features, analytics, and monetization tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content in real-time based on audience feedback.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a bonus).
