Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth for Aarti Wellness and affiliated brands.
- Manage end-to-end operations across platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including listings, promotions, and inventory.
- Optimize product pages, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine pricing, assortment, and marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless online customer experiences.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC) and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Identify and onboard new e-commerce partnerships or marketplaces to expand reach.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer retention through loyalty programs, email marketing, and personalized engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in lifestyle/wellness sectors.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and managing multi-platform e-commerce operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce regulations and logistics is a plus.
