Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces) to ensure accuracy, SEO compliance, and visual appeal.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve sales and user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality product images, videos, and descriptions that align with brand standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, promotions, and checkout flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and improving customer engagement metrics.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
