Responsibility
- Manage and optimize OTA listings (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda) to maximize visibility, occupancy, and revenue.
- Oversee daily accommodation operations, including reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest communications using PMS and Channel Manager systems.
- Monitor and analyze booking trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and content that enhance online conversions.
- Ensure seamless integration between PMS, Channel Manager, and other hospitality software to maintain real-time inventory and rate parity.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to uphold high service standards.
- Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and guest feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Train and support staff on best practices for using digital tools and maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce, OTA management, or hospitality operations, preferably in Bali or a similar tourist destination.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera) and Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, RateGain).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or content creation for hospitality is advantageous.
