Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost e-commerce sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with A/B testing and ROI optimization.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Create and curate engaging content (social media, blogs, email) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, CRM tools) to refine strategies and report KPIs to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to ensure cohesive omnichannel marketing.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) for UX, conversion rates, and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, automation, influencer marketing) and implement innovative tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation (Excel, Google Data Studio).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative problem-solver with a results-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
