Responsibility
- Manage and update website content, including product listings, promotions, and banners, to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Oversee order processing, inventory synchronization, and customer service workflows to ensure a frictionless online shopping experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and checkout processes to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve fulfillment efficiency.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid advertising ROI.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting reports and making actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
