Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid ads).
- Monitor and optimize e-commerce store performance, including SEO, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and drive growth.
- Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory updates to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, on-brand digital assets.
- Track KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, ROI) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Assist in customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand consistency.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems is a plus.
