Responsibility
- Manage and process daily e-commerce transactions across multiple platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.)
- Monitor and update product inventory levels to ensure accurate stock information
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, and phone with professionalism
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, returns, and customer interactions
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and product listings
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement e-commerce strategies and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce platform regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce administration or related roles
- Familiarity with major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada)
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing
- Experience with CRM systems or e-commerce tools is a plus
- Interest in herbal health products or natural wellness industry is advantageous
