Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s competitive market to expand the client portfolio.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, revenue targets) and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
