Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones across Baliâs key business hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities in digital advertising, content marketing, and media partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored media solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in Baliâs media landscape.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
- Represent PT Cemerlang Global Media at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in media, digital advertising, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape, including hospitality, tourism, tech, and retail sectors.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings and networking events.
