Responsibility
- Drive membership sales by engaging potential members through personalized consultations and facility tours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and members.
- Represent Anytime Fitness at local events, fairs, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including member onboarding, data entry, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional gym environment at all times.
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses to create partnership opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, leads, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community building with a desire to inspire others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
