Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) organizers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts for group bookings, events, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and digital campaigns to attract new guests.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of hotel management systems (PMS), CRM tools, and revenue management.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics software.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep knowledge of Baliās tourism market.
