Responsibility
- Develop and execute a "strike anywhere" sales strategy to identify and acquire new clients in the HIIP sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Implement cross-selling techniques to upsell complementary products and maximize revenue per client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in household, institutional, industrial, and personal care industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in chemical, industrial, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Knowledge of the HIIP market (Household, Institutional, Industrial, Personal Care) is a plus.
