Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach to expand the client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to prospective clientsâ requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
