Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door sales to acquire new merchants for GoPay and Moka payment solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive hunting sales strategies.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to merchants, tailoring pitches to their business needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and awareness campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant pain points.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, payments, or merchant services.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or direct merchant acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems and their benefits for businesses.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, including travel within Bali’s key commercial areas.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
