Responsibility

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients (architects, contractors, retailers, and end-users) to generate new business opportunities in Bali.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate our premium door products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide timely feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer feedback, and product performance to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the construction, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
