Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to generate new business opportunities in Baliâs retail and consumer products market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales management team.
- Represent Larx Trading at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail, consumer products, or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
