Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and local market trends.
- Manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, website) to optimize product listings, promotions, and customer journey.
- Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and community events.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (ROI, engagement rates, conversion) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in pharmacy, wellness, and digital marketing to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, partners, and media to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is advantageous.
- Passion for health, wellness, or pharmacy industries with a customer-centric approach.
