Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage media buying and vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective partnerships for advertisements, promotions, and events.
  • Create and oversee marketing collateral, including brochures, social media content, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate brand-building activities, such as loyalty programs, influencer collaborations, and community events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in Bali’s F&B sector.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in campaign management, media planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and a keen eye for design and content quality.
