Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons tailored to diverse learning needs (beginner to advanced).
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to align with international standards (e.g., CEFR).
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, interactive classroom environment using modern teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance program quality.
- Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) where applicable.
- Participate in teacher training workshops and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours) – required.
- Proven experience (1+ years) teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to non-native speakers.
- Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with communicative teaching approaches and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends if needed.
- Passion for cultural exchange and working in a multicultural setting.
