Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring all events, conferences, and meetings run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute events, including logistics, setup, and technical requirements.
- Monitor venue facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency to ensure a positive experience.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on event performance, client feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality and venue offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, event coordination, or a similar role within a high-end venue or hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with event management software, AV equipment, and venue operations is highly desirable.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
