Responsibility
- Develop and revise detailed precast concrete drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to refine designs and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare shop drawings, assembly diagrams, and fabrication details for manufacturing teams.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural plans to create accurate technical drawings.
- Maintain organized documentation of all revisions and project-related drawings.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings before submission.
- Provide technical support to production and construction teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Draughtsperson/Draftsperson, preferably in precast concrete or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce error-free drawings.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
