Responsibility
- Manage and maintain document control procedures in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of project documentation using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, version-controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the timely distribution and archiving of critical documents.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity and completeness of documentation.
- Train and support team members on document control best practices and EDMS usage.
- Monitor and report on document control metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction or precast industry.
- Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in document control or information management is a plus.
