Responsibility
- Manage, classify, and archive physical and digital project documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain a robust filing system to ensure quick retrieval and version control of all business records.
- Coordinate with departments to collect, review, and distribute documents, ensuring timely access for stakeholders.
- Monitor document workflows, track deadlines, and follow up on pending submissions to prevent bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy, completeness, and security of stored documents.

Qualifications

- Proven experience (2+ years) in document control, records management, or administrative support roles.
