Responsibility
- Manage and maintain a centralized documentation system for engineering, project, and quality-related files.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, version-controlled, and stored in compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation in a timely manner.
- Implement and monitor document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the completeness, accuracy, and accessibility of all documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation for internal and external audits or inspections.
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for document revisions, approvals, and distributions.
- Provide training and support to staff on documentation standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in engineering, construction, or quality management sectors.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Alfresco, or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other regulatory compliance frameworks is a plus.
