Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) to track all project-related documents, ensuring version control and accuracy.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and distribution of project documents, including technical drawings, reports, and compliance paperwork.
- Expedite document approvals and submissions to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures in alignment with company and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
- Organize and archive physical/digital documents using structured filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure documentation aligns with project milestones.
- Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals or revisions to avoid delays.
- Generate regular reports on documentation progress and highlight potential risks or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in engineering, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proficiency in document management systems (DMS) and tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of document control best practices, including versioning, metadata, and retention policies.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high volumes of documentation.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASME, or other industry-specific standards is advantageous.
