Responsibility
- Oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores within the district, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
- Mentor, coach, and train Store Managers and staff to enhance leadership skills and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and customer service quality across all locations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address challenges, and implement improvements.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the district and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
