Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales potential.
- Identify and onboard new distributors to expand market reach and increase product availability.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and distributor performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their understanding of products and sales strategies.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts with distributors promptly to maintain positive business relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and distributor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors.
