Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, product launches, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels at distributor and retail outlets to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or retail, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including key distributors, retailers, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
