Responsibility
- Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
- Manage client order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of luxury products to high-end retailers and boutiques.
- Lead seasonal collection planning, forecasting demand and coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams.
- Oversee distribution planning and allocation across Southeast Asia, balancing regional demand with supply chain constraints.
- Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners to streamline distribution processes and reduce lead times.
- Prepare detailed reports on stock movement, sales trends, and allocation efficiency for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and luxury retail protocols in all distribution activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, distribution, or logistics, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, stock allocation, and order management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with regional teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and luxury retail trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
