Join Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, a leading FMCG company in Indonesia, as a Distribution & Logistics Administrator for our Prabumulih Depot operations, now expanding support to Bali’s dynamic market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).

In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end administration of distribution shipping and receiving, ensuring seamless logistics workflows that align with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all depot-related documentation, from inventory tracking to delivery confirmations.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills will directly impact our supply chain excellence. Ideal for professionals with a passion for logistics, data integrity, and process optimization in the FMCG sector.

Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate inbound/outbound shipment documentation for Prabumulih Depot, ensuring 100% compliance with company SOPs.
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of distribution records, including delivery receipts, invoices, and inventory logs.
  • Liaise with transport vendors, warehouse teams, and sales departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or documentation.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on distribution activities, highlighting KPIs such as on-time delivery rates and inventory turnover.
  • Monitor stock levels and distribution schedules to prevent shortages or overstocking at assigned depots.
  • Implement digital tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) to streamline administrative processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Conduct audits of distribution data to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
  • Support cross-departmental projects related to logistics improvements or new depot integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution administration, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/warehouse management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of documentation.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
