Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems with precise data entry and reporting.
- Implement and enforce safety and operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or shortages.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and distribution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and distribution operations.
