Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak hours.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
