Responsibility
- Strategic PR Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Spark AI’s brand visibility, reputation, and thought leadership in the AI and tech sectors.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry analysts to secure high-impact media coverage.
- Content & Narrative Development: Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, speeches, and other communications to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary spokesperson during crises, mitigating risks and protecting the company’s reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, executive leadership) to align PR efforts with business objectives.
- Event & Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, product launches, and industry events to amplify Spark AI’s presence.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze PR KPIs (media impressions, share of voice, sentiment analysis) to measure success and refine strategies.
- Team Development: Mentor and grow a high-performing PR team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in PR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the tech, AI, or SaaS industries.
- Media Network: Established relationships with tech journalists, bloggers, and industry publications (e.g., TechCrunch, Wired, VentureBeat).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and align PR initiatives with business goals, including fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Mastery in crafting press materials, executive communications, and thought leadership content.
- Crisis Communication: Experience managing high-stakes situations with poise and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and analytics to inform decisions.
- Global Perspective: Familiarity with international PR landscapes, particularly in APAC and Western markets.
- Bali-Based: Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with eligibility to work in Indonesia.
