Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability in medical device manufacturing.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes, from procurement to distribution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Drive innovation in manufacturing technologies and processes to maintain competitive advantage in the medical device sector.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in medical device manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE marking).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel as needed to support business operations.
