Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of innovation programs across APAC, aligning with Google Cloud’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
- Drive thought leadership through workshops, keynotes, and industry events.
- Mentor and coach teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Measure and optimize program success using data-driven insights.
- Represent Google Cloud at executive-level discussions with key stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, innovation, or cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in APAC markets.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite leaders.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Passion for mentoring teams and driving cultural change.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
