Responsibility
- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end bid management processes for large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert during client negotiations and RFP clarification phases.
- Develop innovative value propositions that differentiate CGI from competitors during high-stakes presentations.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively identify new business and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability of proposed solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of excellence in business development and technical consulting.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex client issues related to ERP strategy and implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record of managing high-value bids and driving successful RFP outcomes.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, business process engineering, and enterprise application strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams in a professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of the ICT landscape in the Philippines and the global enterprise market.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
